EnquiryBase uses personal and business contact information only to respond to enquiries, deliver services, manage payments, and keep business records.

Information Collected

This may include names, business names, email addresses, websites, public business information, messages, payment status, and service notes.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to prepare audits, reply to messages, deliver agreed services, issue payment links, and maintain records for accounting and compliance.

Processors

EnquiryBase may use Google Workspace for email and Stripe for payments. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not EnquiryBase.

Marketing

If a business does not want to be contacted, it can reply "no thanks" and EnquiryBase will stop outreach to that address.
