Service Terms

EnquiryBase provides written enquiry-path audits and setup recommendations for local UK service businesses.

Services

Services may include written audits, Google Business Profile checklists, landing page and call-to-action recommendations, review request flows, and simple tracking documents.

Delivery

Delivery is async by email unless otherwise agreed in writing. The usual delivery window for setup work is 7 days after payment and receipt of required information.

Payments

Payments are taken through Stripe payment links in GBP. EnquiryBase is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered before work starts. Once audit or setup work has started, refunds are not guaranteed because the service is time-based and customised.

No Guarantee

EnquiryBase does not guarantee revenue, rankings, paid advertising profit, or specific enquiry volumes. Recommendations are practical improvements based on the information available at the time of review.
